How to ReOrder

If you placed an order with us and you have registered as a customer with a user name and password, your recipient information from your prior year's order has been stored to allow you easy access to the products you shipped as well as the addresses you shipped to. This makes it very easy for you to ship products to the same addresses without having to remember and re-type that name, address, and gift message information from year to year. Our flexible system also allows you to change a recipient address, modify the gift message, or change the ship date in addition ot adding or deleting any gift recipient before you finalize your order.

How Does It Work? 

Log in using your user name and password, click on "Orders History" in the upper right of your screen. You will then be prompted for a search criteria and once you select the dates you wish to view, you will be shown a list of your prior orders.

Click on any order number and you will see the detail of that order. You can then add the order to your cart where you will be able to edit or delete each recipient as part of your reorder. This order is in your cart and nothing is final until you check out. If you then want to add additional products and recipients, you can browse the catalog and add to what you have already created by simply clicking on your product choice and entering the product option and shipping information.

*note: if you faxed or emailed a large order, we have your recipient list in our files you you can contact us for your last season's recipient information.

After you are satisfied with what you have placed in your cart simply "check out" and complete the order process. You will be required to re-enter your credit card information, as this is not stored in our system to protect your sensitive information.
